Redmi Note 14 Series: Next-Gen Design and Fast Charging Revealed
Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 14 series is set to launch in China next week, and the excitement is building up. The company has officially teased the design, revealing a sleek new camera module and enhanced durability features.
Redesigned Camera Module
Gone is the square camera island of the Redmi Note 13 series; the new series boasts a squircle design. Two variants, showcased in green and white colors, feature distinct camera designs. One has sensors blending with the module, surrounded by a metal frame, while the other has thick, protruding sensors.
Enhanced Durability
Xiaomi promises improved drop resistance and waterproofness, hinting at a higher IP rating. Last year’s Redmi Note 13 Pro+ had an IP68 rating, while others had IP54.
Fast Charging Details Leaked
The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ will reportedly support 90W fast charging, as per its 3C certification. This might be a downgrade from the 120W fast charging of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, but could be compensated by a larger battery capacity.
Lets look at the key upgrades that we are going to get with the note series.
Key Upgrades
- Redmi Note 14 Pro+: 90W fast charging
